“I stumbled upon Azure Greek while looking for somewhere to cater a lunch presentation at Morristown Medical Center. I'd never eaten there before, but I've always loved Greek food, and ever since honeymooning in Greece 10 years ago, I'm constantly looking for places that bring me back to that experience. So I figured I'd stop in and ask. Michael couldn't have been more welcoming! I explained what I needed, and he basically said, “We've got you!” And he absolutely did.

Michael took the time to put together a spread that would make everyone happy, from the meat lovers to the vegetarians, and he nailed it! Chicken souvlaki, keftedes, falafel, spanakopita, spanakorizo, hummus, tzatziki, plenty of fresh pita, a gorgeous horiatiki salad, and baklava to finish it off. Everything was incredibly fresh, flavorful, and generously portioned. It genuinely reminded me of the food we enjoyed in Greece. You can taste the love and tradition behind it! And everyone at our lunch was raving about the food.

The spread arrived hot and ready to serve, with everything we needed. But what really stood out was Michael's kindness and how easy he made the whole experience. There's something special about walking into a place you've never been and being treated like you've known them for years. That warm, family feel comes through in both the hospitality and the food.

I can't wait to come back with my family, enjoy the atmosphere of the restaurant, and try more of the menu. So glad I happened to walk through their door. What a gem!“

“This place is a hidden gem! The eggplant and burrata was delicious and a great way to start our meal. From there we moved to the grilled octopus and the scallops. This was by far the best seafood I’ve had. It was very well cooked, very well seasoned and everything in the plate complemented one another. “The most amazing and delicious Turkish Breakfast I ever had. Not only in New Jersey area. I’ve tried lots of places in the Tri-State area and it’s definitely 5 Stars. Everything is homemade. There’s a lot of food when you order Turkish Breakfast. The cheese on the platter is very rich. Definitely try the Turkish eggy toast. It’s absolutely so yummy. It’s only on Sundays 10:00am-2:00pm. The atmosphere is fantastic. Especially for any kind of showers or parties. I’ve found out they have 2 more locations in Cliffside Park,NJ & Livingston,NJ as well. The owner is super nice and he welcomes and is so polite to customers. The prices are very reasonable. They have a huge parking lot. Handicapped customers are welcome to restrooms and parking lot.“

The food arrived fresh and flavorful (I adore the hint of lemon and the feta cheese for the Greek fries!). Unfortunately, our driver forgot our smoothies. I was writing it off as a loss with plans to contact Uber, when I received a phone call from the manager of the restaurant, Ali. He was emphatic that he wanted to make things right by us, took my name and phone number, and personally delivered the drinks to my door. Ali made sure to call us along the way, letting me know he closed the restaurant to bring my food. My boyfriend tried to offer him a tip as a thank you, but he denied it and even called me back to apologize that my boyfriend ran out in the cold without a jacket. “Humble seems to be the best word to summarize this restaurant. The men who run it seem to have a great rapport with their customers; they’ve been there for 20+ years and it shows. They were kind and accomodating. The food was plated carefully and was pretty taste. My only complaints were putting margarine on my pancakes without asking and the tiny plastic utensils, which left my hands covered in syrup. However both of those go to the restaurant being unpretentious. There’s no atmoshere to speak of but it was clean. I’d eat here again but probably wouldn’t go out of my way.“
