Best Falafel I ever had. Tony the previous owner of Pita on Essex is a magician when it comes to cooking. All the employees are very welcoming. They even give you a falafel ball or two while you wait.

I thought I hated falafel until I came here. Delicious and fluffy falafel. Not dry at all. They stuff the pita sandwiches with great portions of protein.
We got the platters here and honestly it's so good!!!! The falafels are amazing. Staff was super friendly too. The sauces are amazing esp the green mint one. We needed something like this in the Edison/westfield area and I'm so happy it's there! Will definitely be back.

The sauces are amazing, especially the green mint one. The staff is super friendly and welcoming, even giving a falafel ball or two while you wait. The team is attentive to every detail, making it a big hit at a recent birthday party that kids loved. Online pick-up service is true to estimated time, with text updates. Boureka is also available.
