What stood out the most was the exceptional service provided by Edei, who made the best Old Fashioned cocktails in New Jersey. Highly recommend this place for a great experience!“

“I came here with my husband. Drinks were great. He ordered a Caesar salad and I ordered their Hot Nashville Chicken sandwich. My husband laughed because I had no idea that Nashville hot meant HOLY HOT lol. But I was not disappointed. This was the juicy, best chicken sandwich I'd had anywhere that I can recall in my 32 years.. And I worked in food service for 13 years. The service was also phenomenal. There was a rowdy bunch of younger ones at the bar that eventually got asked to leave. But she kindly let us know that we were welcome to move our table if we so desired. We are definitely coming back again.“

“Coming here for years. Some food items have gone down in quality, namely the pork chop and mac and cheese. Pork chop used to be really cooked to perfection and moist, however lately it has been dried out and overcooked. Mac and cheese lost the amount of cheese it usually has on it, and noodles were undercooked the previous two times. Must have changed the cooks in kitchen, who knows.“

“We had a 50th wedding anniversary dinner at Metuchen Inn and it was perfect. The staff there is amazing. Everyone was so accommodating and they went above and beyond to make it a great evening. Anyone who is looking to host an event should consider Metuchen Inn!“

“Haven't set foot inside Docks since 2004 for no other reason than it's a little out of the way from home and I'm not much of a drinker. I've been working in the area again for about a year and wanted to find a local spot to go with some coworkers and figured since it was close, why not try Docks. I happened across a picture of one of their burgers and had to try one since having my gallbladder removed and being able to once again enjoy the occasional bacon cheeseburger. Stopped there tonight with a coworker, got the Houston Burger and let me tell you... it was incredible. Burger was well seasoned and juicy (even though I always order well done) and the bacon was top quality. The prices were fantastic and my coworker said they had one of the best Guinness draughts he's had in a long time. Definitely see it turning into a to-do after work more often.“

“This place is neat! It's also comfy, they have a small patio outside and their food is really good! We went for an event and I kept seeing people picking up pizzas. If I were local, I'd go there for pizza as well. Their bartender was very polite and didn't give me an attitude when I ordered a drink. It's hard for me to remember names, so his patience with my description was very much appreciated. Definitely recommend!“

“My wife and I had Sunday brunch. I had the bulgogi skirt steak with kimchi. The steak was perfectly cooked to medium/medium rare and delicious! The kimichi was good, and the spicy cucumbers were excellent. My fried egg was cooked exactly to order. My wife had the portobello sandwich which she really enjoyed. We got the Bloody flight and all four were really tasty and very interesting. It was a busy afternoon, but our service was still fantastic, and our food was out promptly. “My Wife & I dined at Orchard Park on Friday Evening, she had the Chicken, I had the Filet, both were outstanding. More outstanding was Evan our server. In all our years we've never had a better server ANYWHERE. His knowledge of the food served at Orchard Park and the differences and similarities of Chef David Burke's other restaurants was very informative. Evan offered some suggestions/alternates for some items on the menu that my Wife was unsure about and his suggestions were perfect and just what she was looking for. His tableside presentation of our meal included putting the finishing touches on the Clothesline Bacon right in front of us was a real treat. Evan made sure that our glasses were never empty and and that at no time were we unsatisfied with our dining experience. His Service was A++ and they have a real Gem with him on their roster. We will be requesting to sit in his section on our next visit to Orchard Park.“

“Good atmosphere and great food“

“It seemed like the restaurant was closed but my friends and I was able to order some drinks at the bar, then we moved to a table for dinner. Our server Dominic was very attentive and helpful. Chicken tasted a little too dry, but all the other food we ordered was amazing; especially brisket! It was so tender and tasty. Two of the desserts we ordered with a cup of cappuccino were phenomenal. We were so full after finishing the bbq combo plate, but sure did finish both of the desserts ? I'm glad this place is open for the public. Will definitely comeback ??‍♀️“
