I am absolutely appalled at what we call “Soul Food” nowadays. I blindly order chicken wings platter and catfish platter figuring that it’ll be delicious as it may go to orders. As I open the box I met with danger. Walmart chicken wings, no seasoning whatsoever, a not to mention their not even FULL WINGS, WINGETTES!! Mac and yams felt like they had no love in it just there to support. Don’t get me started on the catfish, 1 PIECE OF FISH?!...
