The food was incredible! We ordered an oxtails plate and a shrimp plate, both of which were an easy 10 out of 10. The service was exceptional, and the atmosphere added to the experience. I think the guy sitting in front of us was the owner. His wife and kids were very sweet. I'm already looking forward to my next visit and trying more items from their menu. “extremely generous portions and fresh ingredients at Hummus Republic. honestly i always get the same thing but it never disappoints - lemon chicken is tasty and the garlic jalapeño tahini is a little spicy so it’s a nice touch. the bowl is huge and stuffed to the brim every time - it lasts me for basically two meals and it’s affordable considering how much food you get (about $15 depending if you add any extras). they also have self-service lemonade - the pomegranate and mango lemonade mix is delicious!“
