“First timer here and was awesome. Walked in to a clean cozy restaurant plenty of seating. Ordered me some boneless wings with white snow (sweet Parmesan cheese from what I’m told) hot and fresh. Fries were cooked just right. Ordered a refresher bubble tea (green tea strawberry flavoring and strawberry ) ordered some boned wings as well. All cooked to perfection. Service was fast. “I always wanted to try this place and finally got the chance. When I arrived I parked on the street nearby. I walked in and went to the counter. I ordered through the app. I ordered:

Buffalo mac and cheese
Nashville BBQ chicken tenders
Mango Habanero chicken wings
original famous loaded fries
Nashville hot signature chicken sandwich

The food took a bit of time to come out. It felt like a while. But when the food fianlly came out I enjoyed all the dishes especially the tenders! The mac was good as well! Had a pretty decent experience all in all!“

The GM answered ( no one ever told me I was being transferred nor did I ask for a manager) he was so Rude and has zero customer service skills he should be fired. He told me I could come get it ( no way to do that) so i asked for a refund. He said ok and hung up in my face. I called back to ensure it was processed and he said very rude that it was processed. I asked him for the order number and his name and he told me I don't need his name, he didn't have the order number and that I was entitled and he hung up in my face again. “At the hotel put in Google "Best Wings nearest me" Darby wings showed up. Me and my coworker walked, almost 40 minutes not knowing how far it was. Got there, only to be told that they don't cook on Monday's. Very nice gentleman came from the back and he was like "nah,I got to cook for you guys".
