Once again south orange cluck u chicken failed to process online order. Ordered online and confirmed at 9:24pm was told it would be ready in 20 mins but 40 mins later they still didn’t even cook it. Asked for the manager and was offered his phone number since he isn’t here at the store. Do not recommend this place due to lack of service.(rating negative stars if possible)
