The new owners went above and beyond to make us feel welcome, checking in throughout the evening and truly making us feel like valued guests. The chef is nothing short of incredible. Every dish was beautifully presented and bursting with flavor. You can tell there’s a deep passion and talent behind the menu especially if you’re a fan of French Mediterranean cuisine, which was executed to perfection. “We have eaten at the new Carriage House a few times since it recently opened, and have been impressed overall. The food has been consistently good, and the Carriage House is quite lovely. We have tried chicken, fish, and pasta entrees and have enjoyed them all. The overall service is good, but as with most restaurants, they have some very seasoned staff who are excellent, along with some relatively new staff who will benefit from more experience. It is an excellent choice before or after a performance at the Paper Mill. We hope they continue service when the Paper Mill is not offering performances.“

“Stopped in for a quick meal before a show, boy were we overwhelmingly surprised at how amazing the food was. The burrata was an explosion of flavors in your mouth. It was so delicious we ordered a second. The staff was absolutely welcoming and explained and took the time to chat. Its family owned and definitely deserves your attention. “One of the better sit-down restaurants in Terminal C. The hummus / pita appetizer was flavorful, though pricy. Highly recommend the Za’atar chicken — comes as a half chicken and the meat falls right off the bone. Cooked and seasoned perfectly and it was a full portion size that had me feeling full by the time I was done. Great service — ordered through my waiter rather than a QR code and the food came quickly. Nice ambience / atmosphere with the option to sit at the bar or grab a table. Given the alternatives, I’d come back here again.“
