“I went there with my wife this evening and it was a great experience. We had delivery a couple of times, but eating at the restaurant was so much better. We were greeted with a big smile by Demi and she took great care of us. We had the large Meze appetizer and the small Mixed Grill and it was perfect. We had plenty to take home for Super Bowl snacks. We had a nice chat with Demi and she gave us a complimentary dessert of their homemade ice cream. The flavors were baklava and walnut. They were delicious. I highly recommend eating there. “Recommend: tilapia tacos*, salsa verde, campenchanosGood: tamales, barbacoa tacosOk: chicken flautas, arabes tacos, lengua (tongue) tacos, tripa tacos*Probably would have been a 3 star rating if we didn't like the tilapia tacos so much. They were definitely the favorite. The fish was tender and nicely seasoned.The seasoning and cook on other things were a little hit or miss. Barbacoa had great taste but too salty, arabes were dry, lengua was disappointingly dry and bland. The salsa verde was used liberally to save many of the tacos.The flautas were nice and crispy but the chicken inside was dry.The tripe had some crunchy bits that some people might like but I found them tough.The campenchanos in the flour tortilla were also a bit salty but I liked how soft the tortilla was.The tamales had nice texture, but the cheese stick inside was strange for me.“

“Our office had a Thanksgiving party and one of them brought quiche from this establishment. This quiche (3 pies in) has been pure heaven every time. I haven't had the pleasure of going there as of yet so it was hard to give 5 stars but hopefully it's as warm and welcoming to all that makes you want to keep coming back.“

“Incredible pizza and sandwiches. This place might even be the best pizza spot in Middlesex county. Amazing sauce. Right down the street from my wife and I. Can't believe i discovered it so late. Extremely personable cool staff. Thankful the area finally has a legitimate pizza spot because for whatever reason, New Brunswick (a college town in the middle of NEW JERSEY, doesn’t really have any *elite* pizza. Highland Park across the bridge does and it’s called DeeDee’s!

“Dinner after my daughter’s Confirmation was so good! I have had 3 christenings, 3 communions and now 2/3 Confirmation parties here. We love the food here and I grew up coming here. “Ive been staying here in Edison for like a month and have been trying to find a good cheesesteak like back home in Delaware. This place hands down has the best cheesesteaks in the area that I've found. Sesame seed roll, Cooper cheese, and of course Ribeye meat! I paired it with some fries whichwere good a good crunch but soft.“
