“This was a treat where I live. There are no Roy Rodgers resturants. I had the fried chicken dinner, which was good my friend had their roast beef sandwich. Said it was excellent, as were the fries .and topped the meal off with a brownie.they have other really tasty deserts. And a fixing bar that is pretty much a thing of the past is also great.“

My husband likes all his food moist with sauce so we got some gravy from the chicken in sauce and it was so good. Good amount of heat in the sauce and the meat was fresh and not tough. The rice was fluffy and light and the plantains were a perfect match to the meat.We also got 2 chicken patties and 2 beef patties and they were ok. The meat to pastry ratio is off so you end up eating more pastry than meat which is disappointing. The meat had great flavor but they should make it smaller so the meat stands out more. The dough was buttery and flaky and had a good bite.Overall, it was a good experience. The customer service was a bit dry but polite.I would definitely go back to try more things and would recommend this spot for authentic Haitian food.“

A few months ago I ordered through your app and selected the store in freehold, when I arrived at this location she made me aware that I sent my order to the wrong location and immediately made a call to your other location so they could take it off of their orders and had her team fulfill my order. “When reviewing their menu, we saw Birria Tacos and were immediately committed. Upon arrival we were a little alarmed that there was nobody in the restaurant! There are 2 other attached venues by same owners which had customers. But the lack of patrons was a bit of a red flag.

Our service started out with our server, Austin, telling us the drinks we wanted from the on-line menu were no longer available. But they tried to make a smoked cocktail for us first and realized they were out of smoker chips. Our large party of 8 mostly ordered Margaritas, which were decent and discounted on Tuesdays.

We ordered food including Nachos, Quacamole, Quesabirria and Birria tacos, as well as fish tacos and al pastor. The food was fresh and excellent!

We had a visit from an owner/manager as well as the chef. The staff helped us get the Phillies game on the table-side TV.

Overall, the highlight of the night was definitely the Birria, whose consommé was rich, flavorful and not greasy like some. Also the cheese level on the tacos was perfect, the meat was tender and flavorful and the fresh cilantro really made it all pop.

The second best feature of our visit was definitely the service.

My phone battery died before I could get pics of food, but the space is cool.

Second, I clicked through online based on a coupon and started ordering, but when I signed in the promo disappeared and I had to keep logging out and in to get it. The app needs to be improved.“

“I work at the petsmart not far from this location. I can't begin to describe how amazing this one server is behind the counter when I am either going through drive through or ordering inside. He goes above and behind to make sure I feel special and human. It's something that has truly been lost over the spand of time. People don't realize that little extra can boost someone's day can just make them smile and shine some sunshine to their day! He wears the taco hat proudly. He has an awesome personality and amazing customer service! I love coming here just to see him and his smile that makes my day seem so much brighter. He is a star for sure! “What happen today nearly brought tears to our eyes. My wife and I were picking up lunch for friends of ours. While making our sandwiches, the gentleman slicing the meat asked if we had any plans for the weekend. We proceeded to tell him how we were picking up lunch to meet friends where one was recovering from a successful cancer surgery. When we went to pay for the meal, the manager who overheard what we were talking about informed us the meal was taken care of and that the meal was on Jersey Mikes. They even wrote a “get well soon” message on the sandwich.Some things go far beyond just the product that a company creates or serves. It’s important to remember the people that make up a business and Jersey Mikes, at least at this location in Brick, showed that their hearts are truly in their work. They showed that the human spirit is alive and well. It may not seem like a lot to some people, and they can say oh it’s just a sandwich. What they did goes far beyond the price of a sandwich. They warned our hearts and more importantly they gained out respect and admiration as life Long customers“
