Tasty Chinese Cuisine, packaged quite upscale. Lots of parking at location. Restaurant is dimly lit making it perfect for a date-night spot or an intimate lunch. Service was excellent and prompt. Loved everything but the scallion pancakes are definitely the winning appetizer. Will visit again.
Cathay 22 straddles the fine line between authentic Chinese cuisine and greasy Americanized fare, but not quite with aplomb. China chalet pulls this off well, and Cathay 22 is two steps below. Any battered chicken dish is heavily battered and to be skipped. The food is always so tasty and fresh and the service is always fast and friendly. We went for my friend’s birthday and they did not disappoint! The LycheeTinis are an absolute must!!!
