The size was appropriate and filling. It was a good experience, given the location.

The staff did a good job of preparing the salad and checking out, however, they did not seem to be happy or engaging. They the motions of their job and not much more.

When we arrived at the restaurant, we were told their computer system was down & there would be extensive delays in ordering if we could even order at all. We were in a time crunch, so we left & went to HB. Their kiosk & mobile app were down so I could not order the family bundle as planned. Renatta was amazing and so accommodating, helping us place our family's order. She was so sweet and apologetic about their system's issues to place our order. She said she wanted to do anything she could to make my daughter's birthday special & help us be on our way due to the time crunch with all the time we lost changing plans. The food was delicious as always & my daughter was given a vanilla milkshake (her fav) to celebrate her birthday. I wanted to give a shout out to Renatta because she went above and beyond making sure our meal was to our liking and by providing excellent customer service.
