Jay's On Third offers a wonderful dining experience with knowledgeable servers and a variety of dishes. Standout dishes include the octopus with tabouleh, peach and burrata salad, tuna sashimi, and perfectly cooked filet. The spare ribs appetizer and scallops dish are also highly recommended. Although on the pricier side, the food receives high praise. However, diners should be aware that the restaurant can get busy and calls for dinner orders should be made before 4:30 PM. The air conditioning can also be quite cool, so it is recommended to bring a layer.
