I love this place but the staff needs to be better trained. I purchased a smoothie and a hot drink. My smoothie is melted my hot drink is cold. I ordered online and where the “online order pickup” area is was empty. I waited patiently. It was busy but not slammed. There were many workers so that was not a reason. I waited patiently.
