The salmon dish was out of this world and like no other salmon entrée I have ever had. You will not be disappointed and the service was top notch! Well Done jays on third“

“My family and I stayed at the Reeds this past weekend, and we had the most wonderful kick-off to a great weekend at the Water Star Grille. We decided to sit at the bar and grab a drink while other family members arrived from their long drives, and we had the absolute best service from our bartender, Kristen. Kristen's positivity and enthusiasm really stood out, and her fabulous bartending skills were evident in the delicious drinks she made for us. We recommend the Saxtini and the Strawberry Lemonade Martini! We were initially unsure about which appetizer to order because of a shellfish allergy in the family, but Kristen had helpful suggestions that steered us in the direction of a very delicious order of nachos with lobster on the side. We highly recommend pre-dinner drinks and appetizers at the Water Star Grille's bar area, and be sure to ask for Kristen!“

“We come to this restaurant 3 times each summer and have been doing that for 6/7 years. Never been disappointed until Friday night. Both mine and my wife food really disappointed . The grouper was under cooked and the BLT scampi was nothing like I had before. I always give this restaurant 5 stars because we really like it. Im little sad even to write this.“

“Absolutely recommend. I called Tuesday after labor day, not realizing they we semi closed. (they stay open for locals and workers in Wildwood) Didn't matter my man took my order and was the nicest guy/family in the world. Lots of restaurants and business' need to take notes and how to treat customers. I will go back to this place everyear. this little act goes along way. By the way food was a 15 out of 10. “Hi I want to sing my praises to two of your waitresses that went above and beyond during our meals while vacationing in Wild Woods. Our first Experience and 2nd we had the pleasure of having “Niki” and truly we could not ask for better service than she offered,her tone,her understanding and the way she treated my toddler is immeasurable and the small details that were paid attention to were not found in other establishments we tried. I hope she knows how valued and appreciated she is by our family! We stopped in for one last meal before heading back to MD and we were cared for. A waitress I don’t re call a name but long curly hair,and a smile that lit up a room and was welcoming,her table side manner was fantastic she joked with us and also treated my daughter remarkably well where again other establishments frowned upon her questions or acted as she wasn’t talking. Furthermore,Noticing the whole atmosphere was a fantastic vibe, Everyone was smiling and working as a team. Can’t wait to return !“

“At first I was skeptical. Any time I see a smaller aged establishment I go in with mild expectations. Everything was great though. The bacon egg and cheese was great. They made the bacon just how I like it. Close to well done but not quite. The waffles the pancakes all great. Breakfast is my favorite meal and I hate risking it on places like this, because sometimes the are a big miss. This place on the other hand was a pleasant surprise and made me think to my self, maybe I need to be more open minded. Try this place you won't be disappointed.“

“I chose this restaurant for my husband’s birthday dinner. We had an amazing meal in a pretty setting. Aside from being extremely impressed with all of the flavors, from appetizer to dessert, our server, Ari (not sure I’m spelling it correctly) was just the sweetest, knowledgeable and kind young woman. She was very attentive but not annoyingly. There were other servers walking around making sure tables were cleared of finished apps, salads and such. They work as a team and made the experience so enjoyable. Everything flowed so smoothly. We enjoyed delicious cocktails and the food was so on point. We’re giving Santorini ALL the stars! “Absolutely love the outdoor space! Interior is spacious, well-lit and beautifully decorated. The beertender, Jamie was friendly, knowledgeable, and helpful. Only had time for one flight, so I'd like to get back to try more. Of the 4 beers that I tried, Manatee Milk was my favorite. My favorite feature of the brewery, and it's outdoor space, is the roll-up windows with bar seating. I see this a lot at breweries in Florida and it's a nice touch. “Thought I would try an upscale dish (since they were offering it) to see how a Boardwalk Restauranteur would perform. I ordered the Shrimp Pasta with Marinara. Needless to say, I was "Stunned"! This is a favorite dish of mine and I usually reserve ordering it to finer esoteric Bistros and Trattorias I frequent. Yes, I dare say it, BOLDLY that the Chef Olympic Flame not only went "toe to toe" with the finer eateries I am familiar with but actually bettered the lot of 'em!! After this most satisfying experience, I was desperate to meet the Chef behind this most Perfect Pasta dish. The waitstaff directed me to the Chef, who was extremely appreciative when I explained the aforementioned to him. Anyone out there visiting the Jersey Shore and wants to have a truly "Unique" dining experience, I strongly recommend ordering the Shrimp Pasta (or any Pasta Course) "The" Olympic Flame Restaurant. You Will Not Be Disappointed!!“

“Worst experience of my life! I had my micro wedding here and was charged for things I didn't get. No drinks were verbally offered they just had a separate table with pitchers of water on it. We paid $100 extra to have a table set up with lemonade and or iced tea pre ceremony. I was supposed to be able to set up my wedding favors on this table as well. The seafood dish was supposed to have scallops in it and we noticed they omitted them. In the private beach area where we were supposed to have our ceremony they had an event going on up to 15 minutes before my ceremony. They had picnic tables alongside the ceremony just overlaping and pushed against the fence I had to ask them to move so they would not be in my pictures. I had barely any time to set up decorations. The air-conditioning was broke supposedly in the whole restaurant they could not even provide fans so my guests were very hot and uncomfortable. The upstairs was supposed to be our rain plan but we asked if we could have everything up there and the GM would not allow us to move to the upstairs that was air-conditioned and not being used but I was allowed to change into my dress upstairs. We were told it cost more to have it upstairs. I felt like considering the air conditioner not working they should have moved us. Honestly I could go on and on but I'm too exhausted! I felt like I missed out on a lot of photo opportunities and moments bc of how hot and uncomfortable everyone was!“
