French toast and hubby's omelet very good. Kids got - you guessed it - chicken fingers and fries because they were good for dinner the other night. “Well, this summer we decided to take a trip to Wildwood. We did some research regarding places to stay and of course restaurants. Well, we found a very nice motel. Well anyway, one morning we went out to one of the recommended restaurants, and happened to notice this restaurant across the street called pasta pesto. We noticed there was some signage outside regarding Tuesday night martinis special Thursday night prime rib special so we decided to venture there on Tuesday night. Well first of all the surroundings were very inviting along with a very relaxing atmosphere. So we had the martinis specials, which were very cheap and actually very very good. The service was awesome and we met the one lady there named Peg who is very very nice. Well, then, we decided to go back Thursday night for prime rib night. He had the prime rib, which was more then he even expected and I had the ravioli with meatballs. Both dishes were very, very good again. The service was excellent. The atmosphere was very relaxing plus it was very busy that Thursday night, which I’m not surprised. So I would highly recommend this restaurant if you are in the Wildwood area. We definitely would go there again for dinner. Unfortunately, I only took a few pictures, and hopefully it captured the relaxing atmosphere of this establishment.“

“Hi I want to sing my praises to two of your waitresses that went above and beyond during our meals while vacationing in Wild Woods. Our first Experience and 2nd we had the pleasure of having “Niki” and truly we could not ask for better service than she offered,her tone,her understanding and the way she treated my toddler is immeasurable and the small details that were paid attention to were not found in other establishments we tried. I hope she knows how valued and appreciated she is by our family! We stopped in for one last meal before heading back to MD and we were cared for. A waitress I don’t re call a name but long curly hair,and a smile that lit up a room and was welcoming,her table side manner was fantastic she joked with us and also treated my daughter remarkably well where again other establishments frowned upon her questions or acted as she wasn’t talking. Furthermore,Noticing the whole atmosphere was a fantastic vibe, Everyone was smiling and working as a team. Can’t wait to return !“

“I chose this restaurant for my husband’s birthday dinner. We had an amazing meal in a pretty setting. Aside from being extremely impressed with all of the flavors, from appetizer to dessert, our server, Ari (not sure I’m spelling it correctly) was just the sweetest, knowledgeable and kind young woman. She was very attentive but not annoyingly. There were other servers walking around making sure tables were cleared of finished apps, salads and such. They work as a team and made the experience so enjoyable. Everything flowed so smoothly. We enjoyed delicious cocktails and the food was so on point. We’re giving Santorini ALL the stars! “Popped in yesterday because I needed a quick bite while waiting for my daughter to finish up practice for the cheer convention. Ordered 2 cheese and 1 pepperoni. Pizza was made fresh and tasted delicious. Not to mention they were big slices. Thoroughly enjoyed it in the car!“

This is a favorite dish of mine and I usually reserve ordering it to finer esoteric Bistros and Trattorias I frequent. Yes, I dare say it, BOLDLY that the Chef Olympic Flame not only went "toe to toe" with the finer eateries I am familiar with but actually bettered the lot of 'em!! After this most satisfying experience, I was desperate to meet the Chef behind this most Perfect Pasta dish. The waitstaff directed me to the Chef, who was extremely appreciative when I explained the aforementioned to him. Anyone out there visiting the Jersey Shore and wants to have a truly "Unique" dining experience, I strongly recommend ordering the Shrimp Pasta (or any Pasta Course) "The" Olympic Flame Restaurant. You Will Not Be Disappointed!!“

“We were here in wildwood for a short vacation and our motel was just a few minutes down the street so we figured we would stop at this cute little diner.. all I have to say is WOW!! I will never be able to find another diner with as good food and amazing people as this one. The staff was so nice, and the food was amazing. I got the avocado toast and my friends got the Nutella pancakes with strawberries and bananas. It tasted as good as it looked. I will continue to eat at this place every time I am in wildwood. “I hope this "review" isn't out of line, but I get nostalgic about what once was the best all nite diner around, some 40 years ago. I used to work in one of the many club bands around at the time, as did many of us, and after work - 3am, 4am - I'd often be there with some band mates and there were usually performers from other bands there as well. It was sort of a wind-down party, we'd get a little louder than we should and would sometimes be reminded there were other patrons there too 😁 but we were at least decent tippers to assuage our guilt 😂. I loved going to the Red Oak. I remember one specific seasonal item I always got when available - a bowl of fresh strawberries. Along with breakfast foods like pancakes, eggs, and bacon. Anyway, I get that it's weird that I'm doing a review from the 1980s, but it really was memorable!“

“We had an amazing experience on our wedding day last weekend at Duffinetti’s. The owner was extremely accommodating and dedicated to making our day extra special. She allowed us to drop our wedding cake off prior to opening for storing, served an amazing meal for our large party, served our wedding cake and even arranged the performer to play our wedding song for our first dance. We couldn’t thank her and the staff enough for making our day amazing.“
