HORRIFIC unprofessional, rude, nasty, aggressive, male host who is enough to never go there ever!! On top of that they scam patrons adding a fee for credit card use AUTOMATICALLY and neither the wait staff or the cashier tell you! They let you pay with cash, keep the fee and keep the receipt. They need to be reported to the BBB by all the people who also posted about these same issues. They get an attitude when you ask them to remove the credit card fee because you are paying cash. They tell you to subtract it on your own even after explaining that it affects the tip and tax. They brought the bill back subtracting the fee with a hand written total. Then the waitress started talking about us in Spanish not realizing my husband speaks Spanish. Absolute WORST place I’ve been to in a long time. The service was horrible and the food wasn’t much better. Not sure how you can mess up something as simple as chicken parm. If you want overpriced GARBAGE with terrible slow service then this place is for you! What a wasted of money!
