It wasn't great this time. It's usually great. I think it's the understaffed time of year where it's still busy at the shore , but they lose a lot of staff. The food tasted pretty-prepared

While our server and food were wonderful, the check-in process left much to be desired. We arrived at 7:50pm for an 8pm reservation, and were not checked-in/seated until 8:15pm when I finally asked the host if we could sit in a two-top that was vacant for at least 10 min. When asked, he said “oh of course, I can seat many twos.” In my opinion, he should have asked the line, was anyone a two/what name for the reservation. We & others could have sat much earlier.

My husband said his chicken dish was the best he has ever eaten at shore. Tender and delicious lemon sauce. My brother had sole and was delicious as well. I had the crab capellini. Plenty of crab and pasta perfectly done. My only complaint is it had a lot of capers. I probably should have requested light on them. Sauce needed some flavor other than the capers. Excellent service.
