Both the sushi and sashimi at Sushi Palace are amazing. You can always judge the expected quality of the food of a Japanese restaurant by the care they put into the miso soup. And the miso at Sushi Palace is wonderful, as so is every dish I have tried here.
Sushi Palace in Summit completely nailed it! The food was absolutely amazing, and you can really tell the chef put a lot of thought into the new menu additions—they’re experimental, creative, and insanely good. The selection on the All-You-Can-Eat menu offers incredible variety and fantastic value for the price. I went here for the all you can eat menu so be warned this review largely ascertains to that rather than their wider menu. The all you can eat menu is extensive and doesn’t only contain sushi but also a “kitchen” menu containing cooked items as well as soups and salad. The food for the most part is very good.
