Sushi Palace in Summit completely nailed it! The food was absolutely amazing, and you can really tell the chef put a lot of thought into the new menu additions—they’re experimental, creative, and insanely good. The selection on the All-You-Can-Eat menu offers incredible variety and fantastic value for the price. To top it off, the service was stellar: my water glass was never empty, and the staff checked in regularly throughout the meal. Easily a 5-star experience...

I went here for the all you can eat menu so be warned this review largely ascertains to that rather than their wider menu. The all you can eat menu is extensive and doesn’t only contain sushi but also a “kitchen” menu containing cooked items as well as soups and salad. The food for the most part is very good. The only reason I only give 4 stars is because the sashimi isn’t of the highest quality — I recommend sticking to the rolls...

The overall experience was just okay. The eel and salmon didn't taste fresh and that was primed by the fish on display of the sushi chiefs kitchen.
We moved to NJ from NYC and we've definitely had unique sushi experiences. This place had nothing original or unique. Just a regular bland sushi restaurant.
