Great, friendly service. Delicious food. We go regularly with our kids and they love the food, especially the gyoza. We can usually get a booth in the back which is nice when you have kids with you. The people who work there are super nice. One of my favorite spots in Summit!
My boyfriend and I love this place! It's the best sushi restaurant we've been here at least 30 times. Their specialty rolls come with 8–10 pieces, and they're huge! The quality is excellent, and everything tastes amazing. I always recommend this sushi place!
Honestly don’t leave many reviews but the quality of sushi, blended with service and unbeatable prices is more than review worthy. They have a special for $70 that includes 2 apps, 6 pieces of sashimi, and 4 specialty rolls. Found our new sushi spot!

Taka Sushi Restaurant is the best in the area, known for their special rolls like the White Dragon Roll. The seafood is fresh, and dishes like the Avocado Boat and Spicy Garlic Tuna appetizers are beautifully made and delicious. The menu is extensive, offering both sushi and a wide variety of cooked entrees, including options like the pork gyoza and tuna tataki. The Taka special menu allows guests to choose two appetizers, two rolls, and two special rolls, providing a great deal for diners. The service is friendly, and while the restaurant is small, it is lovely and perfect for a cozy meal. They are also vegetarian and gluten-free friendly, ensuring everyone can enjoy their fantastic food. Highly recommended for a fantastic dining experience, Taka Sushi Restaurant is definitely the best sushi around.
