“The people who work here always have been friendly and kind. Always say hello when you walk in. I ordered online and when I got home they forgot to put chicken on my Chiwawa. I got a survey I complained and in an hour I got a response of an apology and a nice coupon for my next time I go. Things do happen and people make mistakes but customer service was great on making it right for me. I really enjoy their food . But Bubbakoos is worth a try.“

“Lovely new restaurant. Super clean, delicious food, beautiful hand painted murals, friendly accommodating staff. Priced well, perfect portions. I had the tacos carnitas, my daughter had a quesadilla. ? Good parking, looks like they even have outdoor dining coming. What more could you want?“

Im re-reviewing this TacoBell. I HATED the Vernon TB when it first opened. This is not an exaggeration, I got the wrong food the first 3 times I came to this spot and the food was always semi cold. I didnt come back for two years
But then I did again... This location has improved tremendously. The last three times Ive been here the food has been (as far as tacobell goes) noticably better than your average location for the chain.
Its still TacoBell. But its 5 star as far as a TacoBell goes“

“This has to be the worst restaurant I have ever been to and this is my second review about this place. The employees are usually younger and very rude, always have attitudes, always seem lazy and they purposefully make you wait online forever. I came here at 9:20 today and they forgot two things in my order so I tried going inside and the doors were locked… Ok fine. I then went on the drive-thru line and waited over 20 minutes on a line packed with other cars. Once we got to the speaker they told us they were only taking mobile or DoorDash orders… WHY? Because you couldn’t handle an huge line of people and are so understaffed? Ridiculous if you ask me. They were taking forever to take everyone’s order which in my opinion they do this on purpose. I’m ALL for employees taking their time because working in this business is definitely not an easy thing to do but remember that you are also dealing with real people and your supposed to have good etiquette and customer service even if it’s not some fancy upscale restaurant. These people turn their restaurant lights off to make it seem like they are closed while people are driving by and they are just so unprofessional. Please do better.“
