Cedar Lane DD not living up to their advertisements. Ice Coffee 2 for $4, has a free coffee, they tried to charge me an extra $3.25 with my free coffee. When asked why cashier and on duty manager couldn’t give reasonable explanation. When told them to forget about the free coffee and charge me the $4, was told they can’t do that either. Told her cancel my order. Today was my second incident with Cedar Lane DD. Not going back there
Dunkin Donuts are the worst, ice coffee 2 for $4, have a free drink, why they tried to charge me/Hubby an extra $3.25. Saying they taking away the free drink and we have to pay that amount. The cashier couldn’t explain to the hubby how he arrived at that decision, when asked to talk to manager she was even worst. Cedar Lane Dunkin Donuts is the worst of them in my opinion.
