Some customers have noticed changes in the quality of dishes, with some not tasting as fresh or flavorful as before. While some meals like the chicken and shrimp with pineapple were tasty, others like the beef pad Thai were disappointing, described as too sweet. The service has also been criticized for being slow and lacking the attention to detail it once had. Despite these changes, the wonton soup still stands out as a highlight.
