The mom and pop pizza stores in Jersey are gross probably because of polluted water. I never lived in a place where the tap water foams and has white particles on the bottom. Now imagine that sort of thing used to make the pizza dough.In jersey a franchise brand pizza is far better than a mom and pop pizza store. Even a store bought $5 frozen pizza is better than the $20 pie handcrafted by your local pizzery.
