She is a graduate of UNC and was one of their star women’s soccer players. What better theme to have than true Carolina style bbq!!! Nothing compares to this style of cooking. Everything was perfect- from planning the menu and quantity needed to the well packaged trays of deliciousness. Directions for heating and maintaining the food and the extra condiments made it so easy for us. EVERYTHING was just perfect and truly enjoyed by all. “Catered my son's birthday party from the Hickory Hog yesterday. We live 45 minutes away but we just had to have their food for his party. It traveled really well and everyone raved about the food. The ribs and the teriyaki chicken with grilled pineapple were big hits... BUT the pulled pork and the corn fritters were the crowd faves!!! The owner is awesome and the customer service is top notch. “Although the atmosphere is mostly for take out, our family ate at the restaurant. Our family had a great time, the food was excellent. We had everything from chicken to ribs, rice and beans, plantains and yuca fries. The servings are more than generous and the owner is a great and devoted person. I would definitely recommend Fire Pit Grill that enjoys authentic Spanish food.“

“The other day my friends and I had the pleasure of eating at the Langhorn Steakhouse on Rt 70 in Lakewood. The meals were more than reasonably priced, and they were delicious. The staff was attentive, extremely friendly and courteous. Ty, the host, met us so amiably and showed us to our table. The server, Sharon B., was so attentive we never had to ask her for anything. Anything we needed she was right there to give it to us. We couldn't have asked for more.“
