I have lived down the street from this Manhattan since I was little. Never had a bad experience until the past 2 weeks. My husband got me a bagel with butter last week and the butter had gone bad. It was foul and chunky. It was a one off so I didn’t think twice about going back but I wasn’t getting the butter this time. Now this week we got breakfast sandwiches and there were eggshells all in mine. I don’t know who has taken over but It’s really been quite terrible lately....read full review
This place was absolutely awful order bagel and lox the lox was not fresh! This is fish we're talking about people a bagel is hard as a rock went back in to get a new order on the second order came out the cream cheese was cross-contaminated with somebody else's order there was something in my cream cheese that shouldn't have been there once back in again in front of everyone and received my money back very poorly managed.
