We had lunch on a Friday during the summer. There were many customers at the bar and tables. They appeared to be a little understaffed. That being said, the server was very friendly and doing her best to take care of everyone. Our food took a little long to come, but it was worth the wait. It's a bar/restaurant with multiple screens showing various sporting events. I really don't like having a full sit-down meal at sports pubs, but it wasn't crazy at Mac's & the TVs weren't too loud at all at the tables, & didn't interfere w/ conversation.

The food was delicious... I had to take my main course home in a doggie bad because I filled up on the Disco Fries appetizer. My companion, who manages very large catered...

Food is consistently good at Mac's, especially their famous mussels and red sauce. Their servers and service are excellent. Keep in mind it is a sports bar so it could be a little noisy.
