I Have gone to Panera’s before and enjoyed the food. But today when I went to the service window and ordered a latte, I was given instead, a lukewarm watered down Cup of coffee. I called and complained to the Manager, but he just didn’t seem very interested, And really wasn’t listening to me.
So my advice to you is don’t leave the service window until you make sure that your order is up to snuff. once you leave, it’s very hard to do anything about it

I've never been to this panera before. I'm sorry, but it just was not good at all to me.

I ordered one line the 4 cheese souffle and a caramel iced latte. When I picked it up, I had a spinach and bacon souffle. Apparently they didn't have any more when I placed the order and she wrote on the back of the ticket they were out, but I didn't see it because the receipt was stapled to the bag and it wasn't even a thought to turn the receipt...

The customer service is always friendly and uplifting, and no matter which chain I go to, the food is always phenomenal and fresh.

You don't have to wait too long. Just enough time to know that you are getting, I'm sort of prepared for you the right way.

However, they may provide just a little bit more proportions.
