I've ordered from the Toms River location several times now and wanted to express my gratitude to this store and owner Jill, as not only are my orders always fresh and tasty, but this PSPF team has frequently made adjustments for me (even in short notice) to accommodate my order and/or timing changes – every time. I placed a large, last minute order for my daughter’s school and the store went above and beyond to accommodate the order. We got an additional 5 pretzels to go and devoured them in the car. They were hot, fresh, and delicious. Thank you to the management at this store.
I have been going to Philly pretzel factory for years. They have been supplying me with my pretzels for my cornhole leagues I work at. Jill has always been polite and attentive to my weekly needs. I've never had any bad experiences with food or dips. I look forward to continuing to use Jill and Philly pretzel factory for my next upcoming events.
