Ordered 3 gelatis last night and thought I was seeing things bc the vanilla custard looked yellowish. Figured it was my sunglasses. Got home 2 minutes later and nope it was not my sunglasses. The vanilla custard was awful and tasted like watered down Carvel ice cream. Have been coming here for years bc it is so close. Not sure what happened but it was definitely not the Rita's standard custard that I was served for $19. Very disappointing.
Redeemed my first day of spring free ice and it was delicious. The treat team provided great service and were extremely friendly. The juicy pear ice is the best ice they have there. You can’t go wrong with juicy pear.

At first we thought the place was closed because the street sign was not lit. We pulled in the parking lot and found out it was indeed open. The service was fine and the desserts tasted delicious.
