Had a great experience at Chocolate House in Totowa! Jay was incredibly sweet, provided excellent customer service, and made me a terrific waffle stick that was absolutely delicious. He was friendly, attentive, and made the visit even more enjoyable. I’ll definitely be coming back for more treats. Highly recommend!

It was a terrible experience. Yes, the desserts were tasty, but the person working at the cashier had such a rude, unhappy, and awful energy that it made people afraid to even ask a question. It honestly felt like they were being forced to work there. Very unpleasant experience.

I am very disappointed in the quality of the food. I always order from here and never had an issue until today. All four crepes were undercooked and the banana was not fresh. We had to throw everything out.
