“It took a lil while for our server to come because they were busy .. The manager Camillo saw we were waiting and was more than helpful and took our whole order without writing it down appetizer and entree and everything came out perfectly... Food was amazing!!... Definitely will be coming here again! Camillo saved the day, thank for your service my friend 👍🤟”
“I love food. I love to eat it. I love to cook it. But food to me has always been more than just something to eat. I like to study process. Fun to me is to be able to be in a restaurant kitchen and talk to the chef while he’s making a dish. I want to be able to see what he’s doing and ask about it. Why are you taking the dish off the fire so quickly? Why are you using canned peeled tomatoes rather than fresh? I want to know everything. To me, process can be just as exciting as being presented with the beautiful and delicious final product. This evening, I stopped at an unusual pasta restaurant - All' Assassina. https://www.allassassina.com/ They call themselves the killer pasta project. It’s different. It has an open kitchen. The small dining room is colorful – eye catching. You go up to the front and order your pasta. You decide what will be added in – mushrooms, capers, tomatoes, chicken, olives and more. And then the chef makes it right in front of you. The owner told me that not everybody watches. They’re missing out. This restaurant is offering dinner and a show. And the cooking here is a performance. You get to see what goes into your food and how it is made. It gives you an additional appreciation for what you are about to savor. All the senses go on alert. You could see it. You could hear it in the pan and you could smell it. If you are anywhere near Union, New Jersey, check out All' Assassina. But do not just order and walk away. Look. Listen. And learn. Not everybody likes to cook. But everyone should like to learn. The more you know about what’s in your food and how it is prepared, the more you’ll appreciate good food. The tastes, the textures. Wow. There was an avalanche of different flavors hitting my mouth all at once. It’s worth a trip. Go for the meal. Stay for the show.”
“As always, dining at DB is a wonderful experience. Seasoned wait staff, considerate service and excellent cuisine is the cornerstone of this restaurant. It is nice to see that their famous Berkshire pork chop is now on the regular menu. We no longer have to wait to enjoy this fabulous entree.”

“I went there with my wife this evening and it was a great experience. We had delivery a couple of times, but eating at the restaurant was so much better. We were greeted with a big smile by Demi and she took great care of us. We had the large Meze appetizer and the small Mixed Grill and it was perfect. We had plenty to take home for Super Bowl snacks. We had a nice chat with Demi and she gave us a complimentary dessert of their homemade ice cream. The flavors were baklava and walnut. They were delicious. I highly recommend eating there. Thank you so much Demi for a great experience.”
“We took our large family for a nice evening out. Good service and good tasting food.”
“Had a lunch for a large group at Cioffis after my mom’s funeral. Reasonably priced, delicious, great service and everyone there could not be nicer. Highly recommend.”

“I don't eat Chinese food often but when I do this is the spot. You can taste the freshness and quality. I love to get the wings because you can tell that they change their oil for chicken regularly. If you have a favorite spot then don't try Great Wall because Great Wall will become your favorite..”
“I ordered over the phone and immediately on the phone I knew I called the right place because the man on the phone was super nice and very patient.
When I went in for my pickup he was nice as soon as I came in and made sure I had everything I needed to depart. Loved it.”
“Went for lunch and the place was very cute! Nicely decorated and lots of seating available. I got the thai iced tea which was rich and creamy and the pad kee mao that had lots of flavor in the sauce and is not too salty. The vegan puffs were flaky and soft. Will definitely come again!”
“The fajitas (chicken/steak/shrimp) are AMAZING - hot and tasty - I get them every time. Its cooked perfectly and I can't stop eating them. The margaritas are delicious and a good size. The queso is perfect and so is the guac! We've never had a bad meal. I tell everyone this is the place for the best tex-mex in the area!
My only complaint, idk if its the owner or manager, but he's always singing karaoke the whole time, at FULL VOLUME. It's so loud you really can't really have table conversation without yelling at each other and its the entire time you're there, he doesn't take a break. There really isn't a place to sit inside where you can muffle it. Don't get me wrong, the gentleman's singing is really good, he sounds professional, but it feels almost like you're a captive audience. Maybe if he took 15-20 minute breaks after every couple songs, or sang/played the music at a lower volume so you can still enjoy talking with the people at your table, maybe even turn the speakers in angles so it doesn't bombard dinners.... We'll keep going, but I'll admit, its why we're not there more often or why we sometimes eat quickly and leave.”
“Patty and staff are the best. The food is great. The vibe is chill. People are just there to eat, drink and have a good time. Highly recommend.”
“Wow!!! What can’t I not say about this place , the decor was incredible you can see that the place has history. I felt like going back home and changing my out for this place is amazing ! The service was Superb, we didn’t have to ask our waiter or waitress for anything we were constantly attended to . The food was great and the portions are are great. I went with my fiancé and daughter so I always order family style , so we had a little of everything . I know it’s cold out but I love a good frozen margarita and it was perfect . Also at the end Jolie , the owner/daughter of the owner also , offered us some free shots of RED CADILLAC TEQUILA , that’s made from them by them . It was very soothing . We’re actually gonna go back in a date night for the live music . Can’t wait !”

“I've been going to Constantino's for a few weeks now and I must say it's one of my favorite places. I was a little disappointed a few years ago but Bill def has some incredible food. So far I've been sampling the sandwiches my favorites are the pork cutlet and the amazing turkey meatball park with vodka sauce ( delicious!!). I just had the Italian and it was perfect! Highly recommend this place!”
“Definitely one of the best bakeries!! We went to multiple bakeries for our wedding cake tasting. Nothing compares to the quality and taste at Conca D’Oro. Our wedding guests are still asking where our cake was from. Juan was super helpful and a pleasure to work with. I highly recommend this bakery!!”
“Give this local place a try if you can. As you can see by reading the reviews the staff is so friendly, and welcoming, they take care of you. It’s not just a bar, there is a casual dining room, plenty of tables. The food is good, VERY GOOD!! I ordered shrimp and veg upon recommendation 👍👍. Others at my table had penne vodka with some great looking grilled chicken, and fish n chips. Bring your family or friends. A full meal thats more affordable than many places.”
“Ceviche was amazing and fresh!! LOVED the green sauce! I'll be back.”
“Best restaurant. Staff is great, food is great and prices are good. I'm from Montreal, Canada and everytime I go to New Jersey its a must that I eat at Top Knotch restaurant.”
Drive-Thru Restaurants
“I visited Sashey's for the first time on April 23 and I must say the food I ordered (curry goat with rice and peas and a brown stew fish) was excellent! In addition, the customer service was on point. I definitely will return again. Take my word, if you want good, authentic Jamaican food, Sashey's is the place.”
“I had the pleasure of attending a fundraiser today for #camystrong. The food was amazing, the service was excellent and I learned that 100% of proceeds will benefit my little 6 year old friend. Well done Johnny Napkins, well done. Definitely worth the 1 hour drive to get there for this sweet girl. I will have to make another trip up to support the restaurant this time.”
“Glendale is a great place to grab a bite. Whether to eat in or take out, great food, great staff, and just a great restaurant. Everything is delicious, so you don't have to worry about what's good or not!!!! If you're in the area, Glendale always satisfies, so stop on in!!
A+((+”
“Love this place!!! I come here all the time! I also wanted to give a big shoutout to the young hispanic man who served me. He gave me the best butter pecan ice cream ever and was very nice and friendly from start until checkout. My mother was very happy when he started speaking in Spanish to her. To say the least, I will be returning often ?”
“amazing tasteful food and not to mention how much food you get for a great price. wonderful customer service as well.”

“First time here, was recommended by a friend that lives nearby. He says it’s the best pizza in Jersey so I had to try it out. This mom and pop pizzeria giving that 90s vibes (Feeling nostalgic.) I ordered the cheese personal pie good sauce , good quality cheese and Nice crust what more can you ask for. If in area check it out. I would say this it’s one good ones.
be warned, Cash only ( ATM on the premise). They take Zelle or Venmo”
“Generous amount of food. I ordered Turkey, which is one of the dishes I rate diners on. Compared to other diners, this is a bit above average. However, even with loads of gravy (they gave me a bowl full) and with a mild stuffing, I felt it was a little bland. Good for people on a low-salt diet? I needed to add a lot of pepper and some salt. I still would have liked a more savory taste. Nevertheless, the portion was big and the "side salad" was more like a mini salad entree. Take a look at the pictures. Wait staff was very nice. Lots of people there on a Sunday morning, so you may have to wait. Price is slightly high, but then everything is compared to a few years ago. BUT I'd rather pay more for this kind of quality. I will go back when I am in the area again.”
“the atmosphere here is phenomenal and the service!! wow! ronnie was an absolute gem when we went the first time and specifically the reason we came back. a good bartender with a kind smile is all you can ask for in a local beer spot with pleasant music, a pool table, and sweet outdoor seating.
you will have the energy you put towards ronnie reciprocated; if you're mean or unruly or just downright unpleasant, he will be cold but courteous. he's the kind of bartender that the entire bar will back up if anyone gets unruly, like, 'you mess w the bartender, you mess w all of us.'”
“Customer service was great, very nice staff. The Sweet & spicy chicken wings were a 10/10 the flavor was so good. Pho was good as well I just feel like they put way too many noodles & not enough protein. I had a big bowl & only had 3 shrimp in it & they were small. My bf had beef & same for him but I would go back.”
“I ordered from grubhub and the food was very good. I had a grilled chicken Caesar wrap. I also ordered a pound of Boars Head turkey and a pound of egg salad. The egg salad is awesome. I highly recommend this place. I do wish they would sell bread / rolls on grubhub to go along with their deli by the pound offerings.”
“I ordered over the phone and immediately on the phone I knew I called the right place because the man on the phone was super nice and very patient.

“My family and I have been coming here for so many years... probably since they opened... as a mom of two toddlers and a baby its so convenient and yummy... the employees treat us like family... there’s a lot of choices! My favs are Kaldereta, karekare, gatang pampano, binagoongan eggplant with jalopeno... my kids love anything with sabaw... being a nurse full time... and doing virtual school with my toddlers because of covid getting a bunch of ulam to go for the week really makes my life easy and my kids will grow up knowing filipino food.”
“The food is delicious! My union had a black history dinner and Two Fish & Five Loaves catered the food! Very tasty and delicious! I don’t trust a lot soul food restaurants due to tons of sodium and grease but Two Fish & Five Loaves was just right! I will like to one day dine in. I highly recommend this place for catering!”
“I always try something new when I go and have not been disappointed yet. Customer service is great and the atmosphere is top tier.”
“Everything was great I just did not like seeing to many peoplle walking in from the outside into the kitchen. I feel that we do not know what germs they are bringing from the outside.”
“I met a friend there for lunch, the sandwich was just the way I liked. I ordered the meatballs combo with a coke/sprite mixed. We dined in with nice conversation. The place was very friendly and clean. Will return on my next visit to NJ.
Parking: Huge parking inside the shopping center area with one other dining restaurant next door.
Kid-friendliness: It's a sandwich shop and all kids like sandwiches.
Wheelchair accessibility: No steps.”
“Wow what a pleasure eating at Gusto y Sabor. Pleasant and polite attentive staff. Food was delicious. Great outdoor dining experience. The freshly made lemonades are a must. My new favorite salad with skirt steak and shrimp was delicious. Empanadas were outstanding with the perfect (aji) hot sauce. My wife and daughter totally enjoyed their traditional Bandeja Paisas. I will continue to enjoy this remarkable establishment.”
“This location on rt. 10 has two floors and just recently added a small trampoline space. You can pay $10 if you purchase minutes for children's games and includes a pair of slip proof socks. If you don't purchase minutes then it would be $20. They are running a special for two months unlimited plays for $50 and you get 20% off food and drinks. The food was not the best and was a little disappointing with the pizza. They also ran out of candy for the ticket collection. Be sure to check all camera games before using your points because some of them were out of order.
Parking: Plenty of parking and right next to the movie theater.
Kid-friendliness: Great place for small children, middle aged, and adults.”

“Hat off to every Chef you "ROCK" Very clean thank you Eat here once or twice a week Only one BIG problem when waiting for certain item to place in plate Add W for Waiting & what your waiting on. Today guy came from drive thru open plate to see what's missing. Guy came down from register handling dirty money open the plate to see what's missing. While standing there over six people open the plate to see what's missing. Instead of adding W for waiting & what your waiting on. Once it's up then open the plate & add Thank you for fixing this problem”

“I had a wonderful brunch experience here! The food was absolutely delicious, the space was clean, and the atmosphere was just right, not too noisy. Our waitress, Amanda, was fantastic approachable, friendly, and professional. She truly made the visit memorable and left me wanting to come back. I’d definitely recommend this spot to anyone looking for a great place to enjoy a relaxing meal. Don’t miss it!”
