“Placed a takeout order 2 weeks ago. Never got one of the items in the order. It was a big order for a group. I called asking if I would be able to get a refund for a missing item. It was a drive to get there so a hassle to go back. Person I spoke to over the phone said sure, I’ll receive the refund in 3-4 business days. It has since been 2 weeks, I have not received a refund for the item they forgot to pack. I reached out again, and they said they’ll just reach out to a service team. Didn’t take my order number or anything. I just gave them the date I placed my order. Will update my review as to how this issue progresses.

“OMG! The best bagels ever! Mustafa, the owner, was friendly and attentive. I had a bagel with poached eggs and avocado. Scrumptious! My husband's everything bagel with lox and cream cheese was generously piled with lox. The only thing that is disappointing is that we don't live here to make this our regular bagel spot. “1st time ordering from here. We tried the Cobb Salad to go. Owner ran out of Blue Cheese but asked if we wanted an alternate cheese. Was still delicious! Very fresh and tasty! Portion size was good. Owner was also very friendly. Even though Keansburg is desolate due to the season, this restaurant is still open and it's worth the trip to either eat in or order out from here. I recommend giving them a try if you haven't already.“

“So for food we decided to order the corn bread, Mac & Cheese, Burnt ends and brisket cheesesteak.

The corn bread was awesome. So fluffy and full of flavor.

The Mac and cheese was delicious. I found myself adding a piece of burnt ends along with it, and you couldn’t go wrong.

The burnt ends were the star of the show. Incredible flavor and were nice and tender.

The only somewhat disappointing item was the cheesesteak. It was good but not something I probably would order again.

Overall good time - wish they had more tables or space, but it’s a nice lil spot“

We catered my daughter’s graduation party and my guests could not stop raving about the food! “Great cocktail bar… martinis… negronis… top shelf! Wine??? Meh… chintzy pour of just average wines…$14!for a 4 oince pour of a “ Super Tuscan” ? Steer clear… not worth it.
Food… tomato sauce is top shelf… but if you are featuring your sauce and you fill a dish surrounding 2 small pieces of eggplant( which was cooked perfectly BTW) you need to provide some BREAD for dipping… not everyone likes garlic bread ( at $10) avoid the “ wood fired” artichokes… they are “ canned” and nothing special at $14! The Short rib plate with butternut squash is amazing… a little on the sweet side… but something special for sure.
The Meatballs…. Ypu can make better at home small orbs of deep fried beef… very little flavor very crunchy…. Not a good choice!!! Food is a mixed bag… some good… some not so good… we will return for the cocktails…. Wine? No way!!! Meatballs??? Eat a tennis ball!! Artichokes??? Make them yourself at home! Music is WAY too loud…. Pretty pricey tab for 7’out of 10 food. Pizza was made with top shelf ingredients but bottom crust was “ flubbery” needed a few minutes in a hot pan. This place is among the best choices for cocktails in Sayreville… but needs work to be worth multiple“

“GO! GO! GO! I heard these locations can be packed and to make sure you stay because it’s worth the wait. It definitely is worth the hype!

The second you walk in you’re greeted by friendly staff and a delicious smell of burgers in the air. Emily was amazing assisting with our first time visit, explaining the menu and options for sides, drinks and shakes, even bringing our food out to us.

A picture would be included but the food was gone in the blink of an eye, it’s that good. We enjoyed the Smokey Bacon Cheddar Stack (with tots) and the Freddy”s Original Double (with onion rings).

Tables, restrooms and restaurant are clean. Condiment and soda area clean and stocked. A large amount of sauces to try as well. Each booth section offers an outlet with USB port as well during your dining experience.

On the next trip we will definitely be back (and I’ll remember to take a few pictures LOL).
