I came in tonight around 10:40 and ordered. They literally made me wait 15-20 minutes for my food which is ridiculous! Secondly, the lady missed one of my burgers and when the guy working there told her, she said theres no more burgers because she was already cleaning up smh Like really ? Thirdly my nuggets were super disgusting and stale ? I ain’t going back to this burger king. Ima stick to the Jersey City one.
There were 8 employees closing … only 1 was truly working. The others were just there chit chatting versus finding an IBC. In addition it was too hot making it uncomfortable for customers.Wheelchair accessibility: Ada compliant although closer to closing they closed off 1/2 the Custer eating area

Great place! Jessica the manager and her staff are very friendly and always accommodating to guests that need the extra help. They always are willing to accommodate vegan guests as well and cook the impossible burgers in the microwave for no cross contamination. With Jessica this place is so much better than in previous yearsVegetarian options: Must ask for customizations to make fully vegan but can be done for impossible whopper. Vegetarian as is, has mayo.
