Really bad service and attitude. Dirty and not a welcoming place for all members of the community

I seriously just need too stop ordering my children cakes from this place cause, it never fails they always messed it. Today my husband pick up the cake doesn’t check it gets home & there only one name on the cake for my twins birthday smh. That’s makes 4 cakes this year that they screw up. Hopefully when I cut into this cake the ingredients will be correct cause the first cake was missing all the fillings. The second time they decided since they didn’t have red too write in they would just use pink too write on a teen boy cake smh didn’t even ask me. 3rd time they wrote happy birthday Kevin although the order form said Keion , It’s always something. Now I gotta waste gas too drive back too have them fix the names on the cake. Yep this will be the last time cause I should have known better!

I like their ice cream, but last time I went to this place to try their waffle for the first time I was highly disappointed. Their waffle was old and kind of chewy. You’d think it would be crunchy and crispy like a normal ice cream waffle. Is all ColdStone waffles old and stale? I don’t know! So I had to throw the waffle away after paying extra $1.5 for it

I ordered online because the line inside was insane. It said 20 minutes. Fine. I left to wait in my car and walked in at the time it was supposed to be ready but no.... I'm told another 10 minutes. My time matters too! I get that it's busybut get more workers. Thiscoldstone is the slowest one of all the ones I've ever been to and I'm disappointed.

I understand it can be stressful at times when dealing with a rush but people come here for bliss. I visited this past Saturday because my 4 yr old really wanted ice cream the workers had attitudes and the customer service was horrible. I would’ve went else where but it’s impossible to take a 4yr old out of an ice cream shop without anything. Hope things can improve.

Rita's at the board line of Bayonne and Kennedy blvd, I went in with my granddaughter, walking in to a woman ranting about her employess in Spanish, that they are dirty and there house must be dirty, I felt so bad for the 2 girls that where on the back counter, because they gave me a big smile knowing at the same time that lady was talking about them, and then that lady was conversating with a customer about the employess...this shouldn't happen like this in public while customers are in there. Other than that service was great.

Yesterday evening I place a door dash order. When I tell you!It was the worst mistake ever.I ordered 4 milk shakes, when I received them. There were no straws and then it wasn’t correctly identified. Before they put it in a tray, to prevent it from spilling. Omg. Worst service ever. I would not do any door dash from this place of business again.And make it even worst, all this money I spent. And one of the orders were done wrong.?

Really good ice cream. You can make it however you want or pick from their signature creation. I highly recommend the chocolate devotion signature creature if you like chocolate.

Man I hadn’t been to cold stone in so long. It’s so good. This is just your run of the mill cold stone. But by god it’s delish.
The place was so busy but the staff handled the crowd so calmly and were so nice about it

I love the family environment this cold stone has and that it is located next various food options. I came in after stopping at Mighty Quinn’s for a quick ice cream and was greeted by Rose. Clean, fast and amazing service.

im always picky when it come to ice cream and union’s coldstone is my favorite. very youthful and hardworking employees, especially the young man named Marcus who served my order. Great service and great ice cream. 10/10

My icecream barista Rose was sooo sweet, she helped pick the perfect flavor for me after a long day. I give her 5 stars and the store was nice and clean and workers were fast paced! I will be returning ?
