We had MQ Cater our mid size family event and we were so pleased with the entire experience! The communication with Vinny was clear and timely. The pricing was reasonable, and delivery and setup was right on time and professional. The food was so spectacular, and our guests repeatedly complimented the selection and quality. I was craving ribs since I didn’t go to a bbq over the holiday and we found this place. The ribs were the nastiest I’ve ever had. They were so fatty. I figured maybe it was just the one piece I tried. So, I wrapped them and moved on to the pulled pork and brisket. That however, was very good. After a couple of days, I reheated the ribs and prayed it was just one bad piece. They were disgusting. I have NEVER had ribs that fatty in my life. There was barely any meat on them....
