Pizza Hut in Union

“On Sat, 8/17/24 I went to this Pizza Hut location, I ordered online and some how or another instead of me ordering a single order of bread sticks and 2 personal cheese pizzas, there was a glitch where my personal pizzas did not show only the order of breadsticks and some how I ended up only ordering 2 single orders of breadsticks which came to $16 and some change, mind you a family order is $11 and some change so when I got to the store to pick up my order, I realized what had happened and the girl working the front was rude, bad customer service so she went and got the manager, I suppose that's who he was but he told me I could not exchange the order , mind you they still had both orders of the breadsticks with them but he said because I paid online he couldn't do anything about it so I then in return had to pay an additional $13 and some change for the 2 personal cheese pizzas and had the 2 single order of breadsticks! I felt that as a manager there should have been something he could have done because i'm pretty sure i'm not the 1st person that this has happened to, but they both we vrry rude and inconsiderate!! Pizza Hut must do better with the hiring of their employees, these 2 were not pleasant!“
