I had a wonderful experience at the Starbucks inside Vermella thanks to Nez. Unfortunately, a few of the items I originally wanted were sold out, but instead of simply telling me they weren’t available, she went above and beyond to find great alternatives. She took the time to offer substitute options that were actually in stock and made sure I left happy with my order.
