I had a wonderful experience at the Starbucks inside Vermella thanks to Nez. Unfortunately, a few of the items I originally wanted were sold out, but instead of simply telling me they weren’t available, she went above and beyond to find great alternatives. She took the time to offer substitute options that were actually in stock and made sure I left happy with my order.

Had a great experience at this cafe. The coffee was made perfectly to my liking and quickly! Both of my cups were written on and it was clean. As a partner from another district, I’m impressed!

My $7.00 grande coffee should at least be full, this is rape to my wallet. On top of that this was half foam, I have to remind myself to say no foam if I really want coffee. They sure are smart. I am glad I only crave your coffe a couple of times per yr.
