Surulere Suya Spot Union offers good quality food, including Beef Suya, jollof rice, goat meat, egusi soup with pounded yam, meat pie, and efo riro. The atmosphere is welcoming and full of vibrant African culture, with authentic music and decor. The jollof rice is perfectly seasoned, rich in flavor, and tastes just like home. The suya is spicy, tender, and wonderful. The staff are incredibly friendly and attentive, explaining the menu and making great recommendations. The packaging and presentation of dishes are awesome. However, portions are on the smaller side, and customers sometimes wait an extra 15 minutes after calling ahead. The toilet is whack, but this is a simple place to dine with an African store. The food tastes awesome and is highly recommended for real African cuisine with great service and a cozy vibe.
