“I recently visited the Pancake Factory and had the pleasure of being served by J. From the moment I walked in, J's warm and welcoming demeanor made me feel right at home. They were incredibly attentive, ensuring my experience was smooth and enjoyable from start to finish. J's knowledge of the menu was impressive—they provided excellent recommendations, which turned out to be absolutely delicious. The pancakes were fantastic, but it was J's exceptional service that truly made my visit memorable. Their professionalism, friendliness, and ability to anticipate needs were outstanding. If you're looking for top-notch service and a great dining experience, ask for J—you won't be disappointed!🥰“

“Came here for the 1st time today and I highly recommend. The food was so FRESH and delicious. We had the fried chicken apple sandwich 10 of out 10 best chicken sandwich we've ever had. The French toast was yummy. We also got a piece of the apple crumb cake and 2 almond raspberry cookies to go and WOW!! The waiter was so nice and kind but needed help he was doing everything!! We will be back for my birthday next sunday and already know we want to try the chicken Parmesan and the lemon ricotta blueberry pancakes!!“

“We came here on 6/30/25, we were seated right away and the food came really fast. The food was good 👍 and the waiters were kind. The atmosphere also was good because of the retro vibe. The only reason I gave this place a 4 is because I saw a hair on my utensils.“
