“I recently visited the Pancake Factory and had the pleasure of being served by J. From the moment I walked in, J's warm and welcoming demeanor made me feel right at home. They were incredibly attentive, ensuring my experience was smooth and enjoyable from start to finish. J's knowledge of the menu was impressive—they provided excellent recommendations, which turned out to be absolutely delicious. The pancakes were fantastic, but it was J's exceptional service that truly made my visit memorable. Their professionalism, friendliness, and ability to anticipate needs were outstanding. If you're looking for top-notch service and a great dining experience, ask for J—you won't be disappointed!🥰“

“You can expect delicious omelettes with beautiful fresh vegetables at the "Local Diner". The homefries are not an afterthought here either. They are just the right consistency with an accent of color and taste from the fresh peppers and onions. We took home an order of the Lemon Blueberry Ricotta Pancakes that were on the "Specials Menu" for our Sunday Morning Brunch because they looked too good to pass up. We were not disappointed! Just warmed em up in the oven and they were perfection! It's not just an eating experience, the local conversation was just as warm and inviting as the food and the atmosphere. Terry, the Chef (and she is a Chef!) even came out to talk with us about food, family and the special dinners they put together at the diner. We loved it and are happy that we live close by.“

“We came here on 6/30/25, we were seated right away and the food came really fast. The food was good 👍 and the waiters were kind. The atmosphere also was good because of the retro vibe. The only reason I gave this place a 4 is because I saw a hair on my utensils.“
