“AMAZINGGGGG!!! After hearing nothing but excellent things about this restaurant I finally made it and it lived up to all the hype!! Everything was amazing from the time we sat down, staff was very friendly and welcoming and our waitress was so personable and very attentive. All the food was top notch, the crab toast appetizer special on the fabulous sourdough bread was unbelievable, I have never had crab that fresh! Also, I highly recommend the potato app ? I will definitely be back!! Chef came out to ask how everything was, great guy! I would highly recommend this restaurant to everyone!!!!“

“I photographed a wedding here back when it was known as Martell's Waters Edge and the location was incredibly epic! At every turn I had incredibly scenic locations to provide my couple with epic photos (see attached).In addition the staff was super friendly and helpful as well as the food was really amazing! Everyone was enjoying it!I highly recommend this location if you have a wedding or event!“

“I randomly had a delivery order from here, and I hit the jackpot. This food was absolutely amazing. I AM IN HEAVEN. I was not prepared for food this delicious, my taste buds were attacked. Chile relleno, al pastor tacos, elotes, rice and beans. I was in cozumel 5 days ago and this was like I had never left. If anyone needs me, I'll be in a food coma.“

“Last night was my first time coming here and I’ll definitely be back. We were a party of 9 for girls night and ended up in a beautiful secluded room. We didn’t feel rushed at all and the service and food were both excellent! I highly recommend if you have a larger party like we did. Can’t wait to come back with my husband!“

“Definitely one of the top restaurants in Manahawkin/LBI area. My pasta dish was amazing, and service was great. Only downside to this place is it’s not huge and they don’t take reservations. We lucked out and got a front parking spot and table fairly quick. They also have a cool little outside area with a drink truck and a fire pit. This makes the waiting part a lot more bearable (keep in mind we only waited about 15-20 mins anyway). Overall, great experience. Certainly a spot you should try this summer if you’ve never been.“

“Every year I come to LBI, I have to stop here. They have some of the freshest seafood on the island and the customer service is amazing. Every year I call ahead to see what they got and Marty is always excited to give me the rundown. This year I was specifically looking for cherry stone clams and he explained the history of clams to me so instead of cherry stones, I went with the top necks. I came in and everyone was super pleasant and Marty greeted us with a smile. Give this place a try!My family travels from PA and VA and this is one place we HAVE to go to. Thanks Marty and his team for the continued years of great service & high quality fish.“

“Mad Fish company has been a great addition to the island. What started as take-out only has evolved into a full sit down restaurant. The food is delicious, the serving sizes are great and the welcoming nature of Maddie and Gayle are unmatched. This is BYOB with both indoor or outdoor seating. I recommend the combo platter, it’s fresh and plentiful.“

“Our pizza adventures continue and we found ourselves at the Anchor Inn a few nights ago. The place was full of families and friends enjoying a varied menu. We came for pizza but ended up ordering an appetizer and salad. Everything was very good! Service was fast and attentive. There’s an accessible entrance. Street parking was easy, but there’s also a parking lot. The place is probably a madhouse in the summer, but we had no trouble getting a table.“

“Love this place. Tasty seafood, friendly wait staff, nice cozy atmosphere, and just off the island (LBI). Highly recommend you try Old Causeway for dinner and drinks if you're staying at LBI because it beats most restaurants on the island and is the only thing I'll come back over the bridge for while staying at LBI.“

“Food presentation and taste was wonderful. I was happy to see that they still serve a salad and side dish with the main entree as many restaurants don’t anymore. The restaurant itself was very cute, I do wish it was a bit larger of a space only due to noise. There was a very large party and the people talking/laughing in combination with the acoustics of the room just made it sound extremely loud inside, my husband and I could barely concentrate to talk. It would have been nicer to have the party in a private area, if the restaurant was larger. The staff were all very friendly and kind. Overall we were impressed and will def be back!“

“My husband and I had dinner here for the first time in the summer of 2023 on a weeknight inside. We decided to give it a try due to the recommendation of our neighbors. I had the Lobster Grilled Cheese sandwich and Lobster Bisque Soup in a bread bowl upon recommendation of our neighbors again. Both items did not disappoint. Both items were super filling and tasty! If you order the soup in a bread bowl, be prepared to share. It becomes like an appetizer with all the soft bread in the bowl. Absolutely delicious. As for the atmosphere, we chose to sit inside. Watching the ocean and the boats at sunset gave it a perfect summerlike feel. We will be back based on our last experience this past summer.“

“First time to Black Eyed Susan's and it really was such a delight. The vibe inside was very cozy and inviting, they had a wood fire going in the fireplace, the lights were perfectly dimmed. We were greeted warmly, our coats checked. My drink, the "you had me at aloe," was the prefect blend of fruity and fresh - and the passion fruit pearls atop the drink were so fun - a little burst of flavor! My husband couldn't decide on a wine, and they kindly let him have a small taste of one before he committed - in the end he went with a lovely Sangiovese Red. We left feeling FULL. The prices here are not cheap, but the serving size you get for the price is a good value. We took home portions of our entrees, and the only apps we had were the sour dough bread and olives - of which we also took some home. Typically I don't venture this far north on the island, but for the tasty food and bevies I would make the trip again.“

“Took a ride to Viking Village expecting to see a bunch of shops, get something to eat something to drink, but the food vendors were closed and it was a beautiful day. Some of the shops were closed also. surprised with the Labor Day weekend upon us. the shops that were open were cordial and inviting, very interesting merchandise to sort through.“

“This place sells by far, the freshest seafood I've purchased in Ocean County. Today I bought and cooked shrimp, monkfish and scallops. The shrimp tasted like shrimp(not iodine) the monkish fish was the freshest I've ever eaten even in restaurants, this monkfish truly tasted like poor man's lobster but not at lobster prices. and the diver scallops were meaty, didn't release any water when cooked. Seafood Treasures is the only place I'll buy fresh seafood at reasonable prices. This place is truly a treasure!“

“This is an absolute wow restaurant. There is nothing on the menu that's generic and everything has a personal touch to it. I got to meet the owners and they were the most down to earth friendly people. The clams were an excellent appetizer, followed by one of the best medium-rare prime ribs I've ever had. They absolutely nailed it. The rest of my party enjoyed the seafood they ordered. The dry scallops had by others were raved about and the service was top notch. This is a high end seafood restaurant with all the charm of a seaside inn. I absolutely can't wait to go back.“

“Came in for an early dinner with my son. We arrived at 4pm. By the time we left there was a wait, and it's obvious why. The food was so good. The wings were delicious, and cooked perfectly. I had the scallops and my son had the cheese steak. Two very different meals and both absolutely incredible. Our waiter was so awesome and attentive as well. Would 100% come back.“

“Easy to book online. From walking in to walking out, everything was wonderful. Hostess greeted us and seated us quickly. Food was served in less than 10 minutes. The waitress did a great job checking back and taking care of us. My mom had the salmon and I had a chicken quesadilla as an appetizer, and a cheesesteak. Both were excellent. The cheesesteak roll was soft and delicious. The the sauce and the cheese steak was perfect, not spicy but just enough zing to let you know it was not an out of the bottle sauce. We will return! Great atmosphere too. Family friendly.“

“I must say Naples is the best pizzeria in town Not only is the pizza the perfect balance of cheese and sauce , the sauce is not sweet yet savory unlike many other pizza sauces. Also they address me by my name every time I walk in. They never forget me!! Very friendly and warm atmosphere!! I highly suggest. They also have a very warm and welcoming dining area in the back as well. The price is not as cheap for a pie , but then again what is these days. You get what you pay for. Which is a very good meal!! The entrees are big and delicious as you get many options on sides as well. “I chose this restaurant for the reviews I read for our last dinner of 2023. To my surprise the restaurant atmosphere, service, and food presentation was consistent with the reviews however with the exception of our food being served cold. I am not sure what happened exactly however I did notice several tables were left as is after other guests finished their meals and left. No staff cleaned up the tables until about an hour later. The restaurant was full tonight but it seems it was under staffed. The (2) servers seemed overwhelmed trying to handle all the tables and clear it afterwards. It seems Management should have been more plan full and scheduled additional help to cover the reservations. I believe our food was cooked to perfection but left in the kitchen for awhile before being served. This was disappointing. I have mixed feelings about returning to this restaurant. Maybe I’ll give it another chance in the future I don’t know. All these reviews can’t be wrong so I must have come on an off night but it still was disappointing.Parking: Small parking lot, had to find parking around the block not a big deal but could possibly have valet parking on busy nights.“

“This place is awesome! I went on Thursday, and they have a deal where two people get an appetizer, soup/salad, entree, and cannoli for only $40 (plus the warm, fresh bread they give you!). Such a deal! The food was awesome, and there was live music as well. I loved the atmosphere. It’s BYOB, so make sure you bring your favorite bottle of wine. Cheers!“

“We cannot say enough amazing things about our wedding experience at the Daymark! From start to finish Paul & Brian were responsive and collaborative. The vibe and looks of the upstairs party room were beautiful and set the stage for our Mediterranean garden party by the beach disco vibes, not that it needed additional decor but they did allow us to add our own DIY elements that only enhanced the space. The service, food, and drinks were delicious and so good! Paul and the rest of the Daymark staff were attentive and helpful from the day we inquired to the end of our wedding night, to picking up our decor the next day. Everything was just so easy and so well put together. We would 100% recommend the Daymark to anyone who is looking for a unique and colorful wedding space, with an amazing team and food. 10/10 experience and SO glad we had our ceremony (rain plan which had to be used) and reception there. They were collaborative and so helpful with each of our vendors. We truly can't wait to just come and eat the food and reminisce about our amazing day.“

“The food was very well prepared and tasty. Way over priced . $60 for an average size piece of halibut over a bit of spinach. Duck was enjoyed by others I was with and at a better price point (still high $48) Menu is always the same. Nothing particularly special, but all good. Service was good. I would suggest this place if the price doesn't matter or it's a very special occasion and you need a more upscale place. Otherwise, save your money. Eat with regular folks (e.g. not the Love Ladies crowd) and save your money for a really special meal that matches the price.“

“Me and my bestfriends favorite spot to eat! WE SWEAR BY THEIR SALADS!!! DELICIOUS!!! Sesame chicken salad is my favorite and it’s worth it! Everytime I come here I buy the dressing to go home with me because it’s to die for!!!! The girl servers are always so sweet to me and my friend because they know us from coming in all the time!“
