“Just stopped in at Land Mark Tavern for a weeknight pizza. By no means is this eloquent Tavern just a pizza place. We did have an amazing pizza, great salad and some of the best East Coast oysters of the season. The menu was outstanding. The atmosphere first class the drinks done perfectly. The entire dining experience was a pleasure. We will soon return.“

The menu, from the drinks to the entrees, put a fun spin on familiar dishes—just enough to be unique without deviating too much from traditional favorites. The calamari appetizer with chili peppers and capers was the best I’ve ever had— flavors were amazing. The Parmesan-crusted salmon was also tasty and my wife loved her meal too. “We recently had my daughter’s soccer team lunch here on a Sunday afternoon. I spoke with the manager on duty the evening prior and it couldn’t have gone smoother. We had the whole top floor to ourselves. Service was amazing as was the food. We sometimes have issues splitting checks because the girls want to sit together away from their parents but they handled it with ease. I’m still dreaming of the delicious ice cream that was the cherry on top of a great experience.“

“Great experience on a Saturday night. Tables were full so overall noise level at start was a bit loud, as to be expected. Reservation honored at time of arrival and immediately taken to table. Waiter soon followed. Service was very attentive. Food was very good and presented well. Always good for a special occasion.“

The atmosphere is laid-back but lively, making it perfect whether you’re grabbing a quick drink after work or spending the evening out with friends. The staff is incredibly friendly and attentive — they make you feel like a regular, even on your first visit.

Drinks are strong, well-priced, and there’s always a good selection of beers and cocktails. The music and vibe are on point, Westbrook always delivers a great experience. Highly recommend checking it out!“

At the pool, Paige kept us refreshed with her bright, cheerful energy, making us feel truly spoiled.

Dining was equally memorable. At 90 Acres, our server Corey elevated dinner with thoughtful touches, including a surprise dessert packaged to-go when she noticed how full we were. In the Tavern, Rudy made us feel like old friends, mixing cocktails with care and conversation that made the night.

Every single staff member made us feel valued and cared for, which is rare even in luxury hotels. This property is more than just beautiful—it’s an experience that lingers long after you leave. In fact, it was the first trip where we didn’t take a single photo—we were so present and immersed in the moment that reaching for our phones never even crossed our minds.

“Awesome eatery and a great time to visit on a Monday afternoon. They're normally extremely packed and I can see why. Nice, big and spacious space. Their staff are extremely well mannered.

As for their food, it speaks to why they are usually busy. It is so delicious and portioned to the value you pay. Can't wait to try again.“

“Stopped in by accident and discovered a goldmine. Driving home to Connecticut, I exited 287 to take a break from rush hour. Nothing like a Buffalo pizza to calm the nerves. I was greeted by a friendly host. I requested a seat at a high top in the bar area , so I could people watch and glance at the game on one of the many tvs. I had a great server , his name was Todd. He explained the menu and walked me through the various pizza selections. He not only knew the menu , he was excited discussing the food. I ordered a Buffalo Pie, it was unbelievable. I wish I saved room for dessert , because the choices seemed so delicious. Next time I’m going through town I will definitely come back“

I just had to give it a try as well. Salma was incredibly friendly and recommended the Biscoff shake, which was absolutely delicious, along with the Hot Honey Chicken Fries, which were equally amazing.“

“Beautiful grounds and building, dining room is lovely and a little lively, not stuffy at all. The service was outstanding and the food very good. The portions are not very large but that was ok as the prices were not outrageous. We found it a bit confusing that my husband was asked by the circulating manager to remove his fedora however, the woman sitting next to us had a winter ski beanie on and was not asked to remove hers, not a deal breaker but certainly annoying as the dress code was not formal and the man sitting with her had on sweat pants and sneakers....? Overall a very nice ding experience and I would probably return.“
