She made sure I was doing alright with my food, always have a smile on her face, and everything in her performance was everything to perfection at Texas Roadhouse!! I know I work there, but no other can beat TXRH North Plainfield!! They always give their 210% everyday, and we always deliver the best over here!! Love this place since 2015!!“

“We recently had my daughter’s soccer team lunch here on a Sunday afternoon. I spoke with the manager on duty the evening prior and it couldn’t have gone smoother. We had the whole top floor to ourselves. Service was amazing as was the food. We sometimes have issues splitting checks because the girls want to sit together away from their parents but they handled it with ease. I’m still dreaming of the delicious ice cream that was the cherry on top of a great experience.“

The menu, from the drinks to the entrees, put a fun spin on familiar dishes—just enough to be unique without deviating too much from traditional favorites. The calamari appetizer with chili peppers and capers was the best I’ve ever had— flavors were amazing. The Parmesan-crusted salmon was also tasty and my wife loved her meal too. From entry to exit everyone was super friendly and professional. We sat in backroom and they accommodated our request to turn on golf. Ordered some beers ( guess yall dont know what a lime wash is but no bother)
Got some calamari to start and praise be they had tentacles...onto the entrees the other two got fish and chips which im told was awesome other than one of them is a bumpkin and compared it to catfish..I had the pear and goat cheese salad with the flank steak absolutely perfect 👌.“

With that said, the crispy Brussels sprouts, OH-EM-GEE. Hear me out. They were the best thing I think I've eaten...in well, ever. It wasn't just the whole Brussels sprout itself, it was mostly the outer skins that was coated in seasonings, oil, and crispy. They were SO GOOD!

For appetizers, we tried the goat cheese balls with beet puré, and wow, they were to die for! For our mains, we ordered the pork schnitzel and the osso buco. The tenderness of both dishes was absolutely top-notch; the osso buco literally melts in your mouth. I also paired my meal with a sangria, which was so good I instantly regretted not ordering a second. We finished with the bread pudding for dessert, which was perfectly balanced, delicious, and not overly sweet.
