She made sure I was doing alright with my food, always have a smile on her face, and everything in her performance was everything to perfection at Texas Roadhouse!! I know I work there, but no other can beat TXRH North Plainfield!! They always give their 210% everyday, and we always deliver the best over here!! Love this place since 2015!!“

“Delicious food. Great service by Sydney! It started with amazing honey bread at the table. Flatbreads yum, especially the one with fig topping. Muscles, tuna tartare, noodle flush, brussel sprouts, calamari salad, and more! All yum! Would absolutely go there again. We had 8-10 people and the service was excellent.“

“New Providence Bar and Kitchen was the perfect place for my wife and I to celebrate our anniversary. We came for lunch and immediately the staff made us feel very welcome. The menu, from the drinks to the entrees, put a fun spin on familiar dishes—just enough to be unique without deviating too much from traditional favorites. The calamari appetizer with chili peppers and capers was the best I’ve ever had— flavors were amazing. The Parmesan-crusted salmon was also tasty and my wife loved her meal too. A wonderful experience!“

“We recently had my daughter’s soccer team lunch here on a Sunday afternoon. I spoke with the manager on duty the evening prior and it couldn’t have gone smoother. We had the whole top floor to ourselves. Service was amazing as was the food. We sometimes have issues splitting checks because the girls want to sit together away from their parents but they handled it with ease. I’m still dreaming of the delicious ice cream that was the cherry on top of a great experience.“

The food was very good, my parents enjoyed their burger. I had the roast beef sandwich which was fantastic. If you go here, you should ask for Jennifer to be your waitress so you can see what I’m talking about.“

We got 3 “kids” size plus a waffle cone for around $15! Each cone had 2 scoops, so the portions were good. They also let you mix and match flavors, which is a nice bonus!

“Excellent food and outstanding staff. Our server was Jen and she couldn’t have been nicer. My nephew, Max Clayton, is performing in White Christmas at the Papermill. We were a group of 10 from NH looking for a place for dinner before the show. Max raved about the food at the Millburn Standard and recommended we go there. The staff was friendly, very accommodating to our large party (we did call for reservations, but they don’t take them) and the food was excellent (get the nachos!) They were just as nice when we came back after the play just to sit and have drinks. I feel like they went out of their way to accommodate us and we are all most appreciative. ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️“

“Easily one of the best places in the area. The vibe in there hits the exact right note because it feels super inviting and comfortable, but still classy enough for a nice night out.

Both the food and cocktails were amazing from start to finish. I got the New York strip steak and it was unbelievable. It was incredibly juicy, so tender that it literally melted in your mouth, and the brandy cream sauce on it was phenomenal. The potato gratin served on the side was fantastic as well, especially with that crispy top. Plus, the cocktails were really well made and balanced.

“I came here with my husband. Drinks were great. He ordered a Caesar salad and I ordered their Hot Nashville Chicken sandwich. My husband laughed because I had no idea that Nashville hot meant HOLY HOT lol. But I was not disappointed. This was the juicy, best chicken sandwich I'd had anywhere that I can recall in my 32 years.. And I worked in food service for 13 years. The service was also phenomenal. There was a rowdy bunch of younger ones at the bar that eventually got asked to leave. But she kindly let us know that we were welcome to move our table if we so desired. “We have eaten at the new Carriage House a few times since it recently opened, and have been impressed overall. The food has been consistently good, and the Carriage House is quite lovely. We have tried chicken, fish, and pasta entrees and have enjoyed them all. The overall service is good, but as with most restaurants, they have some very seasoned staff who are excellent, along with some relatively new staff who will benefit from more experience. It is an excellent choice before or after a performance at the Paper Mill. We hope they continue service when the Paper Mill is not offering performances.“

“Place was great. We came from the rual Chicagoland area. Totally worth the trip. Got the aggressive smash burger. And all the other options looked great. My wife got a reese's shake and it was soooo smooth and thick. We loved it all. Service was awesome, very friendly. If we're ever put this way again you can put your money on it, we will be back. Hopefully they decide to branch out to the rest of the country.“
