“I tried the wings and whitings, the fish was a 3 out of 5 stars... But the wings were 5 stars ...seasoned nicely, crispy, not too big, and not to small. Over this one week I found this place..I've ordered 3x so far... Just for the wings!“
“I walked in and was immediately welcomed with a smile by the man behind the counter. That set the mood for the day for sure! I ordered scrambled eggs, black beans(because I'm latina and need my frijoles) French toast and sausage. I was so full by the end from trying to stuff everything down, it was soooo gooood!! I'm definitely stopping by more often!“
“Small counter service Latin American place inside store at Global gas station. It seems to be Salvadorian focused. I have had decent baleadas ( Hondurian item). Also had pan quesadilla (a sweet coffee cake) that I had never seen before. It was very good. Staff is friendly and helpful in trying to answer my questions as I explore menu items new to me. I will be back.“
“Best chilli dogs in the world. Bar none! I no longer live in the area but I’ve been going there for over 40 years. If it doesn’t snow too much, we may just drive down to Plainfield from the PA tomorrow to have a couple. Don’t sleep on the chilli cheeseburger either. Fire!“
“This is not my first time getting food from here. The food is very good. It will always surprise me how the workers behind the counter seem to be bothered by my presence in their establishment. Each time I have approached the counter with a smile and "Hello." I get asked "Whatcha want?" I think I got a nod this last visit. This will never be an acceptable start to successful customer service. Fabulous food. Nice spot. Too bad the servers don't seem happy to be there.“
“A Plainfield gem. Old school diner with old school diner prices. Could use a little bit of sprucing up (but not too much, keep it old school!). Food was great and service is professional, friendly and quick. This was our first visit here, but certainly won't be our last.Parking: Entrance at both front and back of diner. Front has street parking and I think back might have a lot.“
