“Best waffles I’ve ever had. Not sure what they put in the batter but I’ve never had a waffle that tastes as good as the ones here.

All the other breakfast sandwiches are also really good, and the prices are very reasonable. I’ve only had their breakfast so I can’t comment on their other food.

I’d mostly recommend takeout here, yes there is a seating area but it’s kind of small.

“I've ordered takeout from Hot Space Edison several times, and the food has always been consistently delicious. One of my favorite dishes is the fish with the spicy sauce. The fish is always fresh, tender, and cooked perfectly, and the sauce is packed with flavor with just the right amount of heat. Every bite is satisfying, and you can tell that care goes into preparing the food.

Even as takeout, the food travels well and arrives fresh and flavorful. The portions are generous, and everything I've tried has been well-seasoned and enjoyable. The staff is always friendly and helpful, and my orders have been accurate and ready on time.“

The amenities and thoughtfulness they put into this experience puts this place in a league of its own. We did the 4lbs (we are a family of 6) with the Cajun sauce. I recommend getting the garlic noodles, corn, potatoes and sausage. We also go some bread at the end and used it to dip in the sauce. 10/10. Get their versions of caprisuns. Small was enough for the 2 of us.The fish is very fresh and we also ordered the crispy chiong ching chicken and it was also very good and has a lot of flavor. The scallion noodles were fine, personally I thought it was a bit over hyped but for 6 bucks we were happy to try it.“

“My wife and I have been patrons and huge fans of Chez Catherine for nearly 30 years. Last Friday, we happily celebrated our 39th anniversary there with another very fine lunch. It's always a pleasure to be greeted like old friends by owner Stephane Bocket and seated at what we think is the best table in the tastefully decorated, elegant restaurant. We both chose the prix fixe menu. For starters, my wife had the always terrific moules and I a lovely mixed salad. We both chose beef bourguignons for our main course and asked Stephane to suggest wine from the by-the-glass list. His selections of a chablis for my wife and pinot noir for me worked perfectly with the outstanding bourguignons. We finished by sharing a delicious Baba au Rhum, prepared by Stephane at tableside. Dining at Chez Catherine is always a special event to us. Everything about it is first class. If you are unfamiliar with Chez Catherine, it has been one of New Jersey's Top 5 restaurants for nearly 40 years.
