“I've ordered takeout from Hot Space Edison several times, and the food has always been consistently delicious. One of my favorite dishes is the fish with the spicy sauce. The fish is always fresh, tender, and cooked perfectly, and the sauce is packed with flavor with just the right amount of heat. Every bite is satisfying, and you can tell that care goes into preparing the food.

Even as takeout, the food travels well and arrives fresh and flavorful. The portions are generous, and everything I've tried has been well-seasoned and enjoyable. The staff is always friendly and helpful, and my orders have been accurate and ready on time.“

“We just finished up my birthday celebration here and it was hands down one of the best I have ever had. The food and service are top notch. The amenities and thoughtfulness they put into this experience puts this place in a league of its own. We did the 4lbs (we are a family of 6) with the Cajun sauce. I recommend getting the garlic noodles, corn, potatoes and sausage. We also go some bread at the end and used it to dip in the sauce. 10/10. Get their versions of caprisuns. “My date and I came here last night and everything was excellent! The wait staff was also very attentive and answered all of our questions and was able to offer recommendations. We got a fish and egg appetizer which was absolutely amazing, the sour and spicy black cod soup, and the osmanthus lotus root for dessert. You can order from iPads that have pictures of everything on the menu and it sends everything straight to the kitchen. It may be helpful if you speak Mandarin but it is not necessary.“

The soup was incredibly tasty, and the 'mini' size with extra fish was more than enough to feed three people—it’s a great value. I was also pleasantly surprised by the fried milk; I had never tried it before, but the lady was kind enough to give us a sample, and I ended up absolutely loving it. Mild was spicy, keep that in mind. Highly recommended!“

Customer service was great. It’s been a while since we visited and they have added several different soup base choices. We went for the basic chicken broth with fish maw, but will definitely try other ones next time.
All the hot pot restaurants in the area are all-you-can-eat, but this one isn’t. However, the quality of the soup stock is way better and the dining environment is quieter.“

“Coming here for years. Some food items have gone down in quality, namely the pork chop and mac and cheese. Pork chop used to be really cooked to perfection and moist, however lately it has been dried out and overcooked. Mac and cheese lost the amount of cheese it usually has on it, and noodles were undercooked the previous two times. Must have changed the cooks in kitchen, who knows.“

“Best Chinese food we’ve had in a long time. We ordered the popcorn chicken and cumin beef, and both were excellent. Everything was flavorful and well balanced without being overly oily or salty. Even our toddler loved it.

The owner was incredibly kind, and we had a nice conversation about plants and food. The restaurant itself is also very clean and welcoming. Great prices. We’ll definitely be back.“

“We came for Father’s Day, most of the food was great but unfortunately we were served raw bacon wrapped chicken, literally still pink inside. Thankfully we cut into it before eating it, showed it to the staff and they apologized and took it away and they never followed up with us afterwards. Would have been nice for them to try to make it right for almost giving us salmonella but that was it.

Update: though I appreciate you guys responding, I did reach out to your email and still have not receive a response. A for effort, F on the follow through.
