The menu offers a wonderful, wide variety of fresh and expertly cooked seafood, seafood boils, grilled steaks, salads, soups, OMG lobster mac & cheese, burgers, tacos, and scrumptious desserts! You can BYOB; however, their wine selection is impressive as well. Generous portions, secure parking, and impeccably clean restrooms. The Millburn, NJ, location is equally fantastic! We always start with our favorite Arugula salad - generous portions. House salad, also incredible! We adore Garlic Old Bay Shrimp appetizers, fried calamari, crab cakes, BUTTERY lobster rolls, OMG!. For our entrées, we couldn't resist going all in! Seafood Linguine in Garlic Sauce, steamed clams, mussels, grilled salmon, and lobster tails with crabmeat stuffing (seasonal). If you don't see something on the menu that piques your interest, just ask your server if they can prepare it for you. “We were staying at the Parsippany Hilton where Ruth Chris is located. Service was superb. Our server, Garett, was very attentive. He also had a pleasant personality. We chose to order the Ruth Chris Classic which includes appetizer, entree and dessert. Good choice financially. The only thing that I would do differently the next time is to omit the butter on my food choices. Items were swimming in butter. Too much for me.“

“My wife and I have been patrons and huge fans of Chez Catherine for nearly 30 years. Last Friday, we happily celebrated our 39th anniversary there with another very fine lunch. It's always a pleasure to be greeted like old friends by owner Stephane Bocket and seated at what we think is the best table in the tastefully decorated, elegant restaurant. We both chose the prix fixe menu. For starters, my wife had the always terrific moules and I a lovely mixed salad. We both chose beef bourguignons for our main course and asked Stephane to suggest wine from the by-the-glass list. His selections of a chablis for my wife and pinot noir for me worked perfectly with the outstanding bourguignons. We finished by sharing a delicious Baba au Rhum, prepared by Stephane at tableside. Dining at Chez Catherine is always a special event to us. Everything about it is first class. If you are unfamiliar with Chez Catherine, it has been one of New Jersey's Top 5 restaurants for nearly 40 years. I called Miller's Ale House and was able to speak with a manager who made the reservation for our group. 2 months later, we arrive, the manager was phenomenal! The service amazing.
