He was so disrespectful. I would never recommend this place to nobody.“

Friendly staff. and HUGE variety of food including sushi, traditional chinese food, american fried foods and pizza for everyone else, and a fantastic dessert selection with ice creams. “I've ordered takeout from Hot Space Edison several times, and the food has always been consistently delicious. One of my favorite dishes is the fish with the spicy sauce. The fish is always fresh, tender, and cooked perfectly, and the sauce is packed with flavor with just the right amount of heat. Every bite is satisfying, and you can tell that care goes into preparing the food.

Even as takeout, the food travels well and arrives fresh and flavorful. The portions are generous, and everything I've tried has been well-seasoned and enjoyable. The staff is always friendly and helpful, and my orders have been accurate and ready on time.“

“We just finished up my birthday celebration here and it was hands down one of the best I have ever had. The food and service are top notch. The amenities and thoughtfulness they put into this experience puts this place in a league of its own. We did the 4lbs (we are a family of 6) with the Cajun sauce. I recommend getting the garlic noodles, corn, potatoes and sausage. We also go some bread at the end and used it to dip in the sauce. 10/10. Get their versions of caprisuns. “My date and I came here last night and everything was excellent! The wait staff was also very attentive and answered all of our questions and was able to offer recommendations. We got a fish and egg appetizer which was absolutely amazing, the sour and spicy black cod soup, and the osmanthus lotus root for dessert. You can order from iPads that have pictures of everything on the menu and it sends everything straight to the kitchen. It may be helpful if you speak Mandarin but it is not necessary.“

“The environment of the restaurant was amazing! The aroma and taste of the soup was delicious and fulfilling. Definitely would come back again.
Customer service was great. It’s been a while since we visited and they have added several different soup base choices. We went for the basic chicken broth with fish maw, but will definitely try other ones next time.
All the hot pot restaurants in the area are all-you-can-eat, but this one isn’t. However, the quality of the soup stock is way better and the dining environment is quieter.“

“My wife and I have been patrons and huge fans of Chez Catherine for nearly 30 years. Last Friday, we happily celebrated our 39th anniversary there with another very fine lunch. It's always a pleasure to be greeted like old friends by owner Stephane Bocket and seated at what we think is the best table in the tastefully decorated, elegant restaurant. We both chose the prix fixe menu. For starters, my wife had the always terrific moules and I a lovely mixed salad. We both chose beef bourguignons for our main course and asked Stephane to suggest wine from the by-the-glass list. His selections of a chablis for my wife and pinot noir for me worked perfectly with the outstanding bourguignons. We finished by sharing a delicious Baba au Rhum, prepared by Stephane at tableside. Dining at Chez Catherine is always a special event to us. Everything about it is first class. If you are unfamiliar with Chez Catherine, it has been one of New Jersey's Top 5 restaurants for nearly 40 years. “I can only comment on food because we got our order to go. But the food was excellent. I grew up on Cape Cod so the Maine style lobster roll was as good as any I have had right on the water. And the hamburger was excellent.

Question: if my wife who does not eat meat gets the fish and chips, is there a way to get those chips not fried in beef tallow? See, a lot of people who are ordering fish and chips don’t eat meat.“
